Drawing on a wealth of experience, we have put together three different service packages to ensure your wedding or event runs smoothly.

*The event coordination & styling service package $3000 

If you would like a complete design, styling and coordination service this is the package for you. We can work closely with you to realise your ideas and dreams for your wedding or event, taking all the stress and bother out of the styling and planning for you.  

Includes:
-  an initial meeting to talk through your ideas, inspirations and style.
-  we will discuss your styling budget and will work with you to achieve it.
-  unlimited phone and email contact as required during the planning process.
-  access to inspired styling ideas on the Forage and Graze Pinterest page, to be used in conjunction with your own clippings/ideas/style.
-  we will send you a styling questionnaire so we can get to the real nuts and bolts of what you want from your wedding day/event, and you will return this along with a selection of your favourite images from our Pinterest page and your own collection of clippings/ideas/style images.
-  we will create a concept, story/ideas board and floor plan for your wedding/event.
-  a meeting at your venue 3-4 months before the event to tighten up your story/ideas board and floor plan.
-  we will recommend suppliers to work with including all hire items, photographer, flowers, cake, lighting, entertainments, stationery etc. We will take over planning and liaise with all suppliers from point of engagement. 
-  we will source props to fit with your wedding/event style.
-  we will liaise with all suppliers to ensure your styling is consistent.
-  we will create a detailed breakdown and costing for your wedding, including all hire items and suppliers.
-  we will develop a wedding/event day schedule and distribute to all suppliers as required.
-  a complete styling of your wedding/event, including coordination of all suppliers.
-  on the day set up and styling of your wedding/event, from setup at wedding ceremony until 2 hours into your reception.
-  coordination of breakdown/dismantle on the day after your wedding/event.


*The styling service package $1800 

If you’re overwhelmed with the choice out there or have a vision but need someone to help bring it to life this is the package for you. We have a jam packed little black book ready-to-go and inspired styling concepts to help bring your ideas to life. 

Includes:
-  an initial meeting to talk through your ideas, inspirations and style.
-  we will discuss your styling budget and we will work with you to achieve it.
-  access to inspired styling ideas on the Forage and Graze pinterest page, to be used in conjunction with your own clippings/ideas/style.
-  we will send you a styling questionnaire so we can get to the real nuts and bolts of what you want from your wedding day/event, and you will return this along with a selection of your favourite images from our pinterest page and your own collection of clippings/ideas/style images.
-  we will create a concept, story/ideas board and floor plan for your wedding/event.
-  we will recommend suppliers to work with including all hire items, photographer, flowers, cake, lighting, entertainments, stationery etc.

-  a meeting at your venue 1 month before the event to tie up all last minute requirements and finalise a plan for the day.
-  on the day set up and styling of your wedding/event.


*The set-up angel package $1200 

If you wish to do all the legwork yourself, work up your wedding/event design and styling, liaise with all your suppliers direct, organise hire, props, furniture, cake, lighting, PA, entertainers, stationery, table settings etc. etc., and simply want us to come in to set up and manage your wedding/event on the day then our set-up angel service might be more what you had in mind. We will take the reigns the day before your wedding/event, and alleviate any anxiety on the day (and day after). 

Includes:
-  a meeting at your venue 6-8 weeks before your big day to discuss all details of your wedding/event.
-  we will develop a wedding/event day schedule and distribute to all suppliers as required.
-  on the day set up of your wedding/event, from setup at wedding ceremony until 2 hours into your reception.
-  on the day coordination of your suppliers/hire.
-  coordination of breakdown/dismantle on the day after your wedding/event.
