Campbell and his team were able to present amazing quality, an array of interesting tastes and flavours and yet keep it intimate for a gathering of eighty.

"The food by Forage and Graze was one of the most memorable parts of our perfect wedding day.

What initially drew us to Forage and Graze is their use of local farm fresh organic produce—the basil in our pesto was picked from their garden, as were the eggplants, and other goodies. We also loved that they are a small family run business. Working with Cam and Rach was a very personalised experience.

We had narrowed down our choice of caterers to three, Cam and Rach were the first ones on our list to skype from our home in New York. Throughout our conversation they were relaxed, friendly, and flexible, and had some wonderful ideas. As soon as the call ended, we decided that there was no need to pursue the other caterers—Cam and Rach were absolutely perfect for our special day. 

Cam effortlessly helped us create a mouthwatering menu that our friends and family were talking about for months after the wedding. We have lost count of the number of guests that told us the food at our wedding was the best food they have ever had, seriously! It was exquisitely delicious, and we dream about having a feast like that again!

Rachel decorated the ploughman’s and dessert table beautifully, as if straight from the pages of a magazine. On the day and the days leading up to our wedding, Rach calmly helped with any issue or obstacle that arose—I don’t know what we would have done without her.

We cannot recommend Forage and Graze enough, they were absolutely spectacular!"

"The seven course banquet menu Cam designed for Murray’s 60th birthday was a feast for the senses. Cam’s passion for food is infectious so it was a joy to watch him prepare each course while we entertained our guests.

What a bonus that Rachel, with her photography skills and unobtrusive style, was able to capture the beauty and fun of our day for us. Forage and Graze offer a private dining service worthy of Gourmet Traveller’s attention. An absolute treat from start to finish."

"Rach and Cam took our novice description of our reception... ‘a wholesome family feast where no one goes hungry or wanting’ and brought it to life with out-of-this-world canapés, a three course foraging banquet
and a dessert table. 

Cam listened to our description of what we loved to eat and what we wanted to represent us and delivered a delicious menu that our guests are still raving about!

The timing and execution was perfect. Everyone was free to get up and table hop between each banquet dish and this really brought to life the family feast feel –    everyone soon ran back to their seats when they realised the next dishes were up, not wanting to miss out on a single mouthful.

Rach communicated with me pretty much daily in the final couple of weeks leading up to the wedding, organising our bar and reception set up – not only did Forage and Graze provide the catering but they provided and organised everything a DIY wedding needed from napkins and tablecloths to cake knives and ornamental screens…oh, and a bar!

I did not worry that something had not been thought of because Rach was so thorough and had thought of everything for me. 

Rach and Cam helped plan our wedding with the same passion and care as if it was their own and we could not fault them on anything. They went above and beyond any expectations and offered unlimited amounts of time and energy ensuring everything was just perfect.
